On November 5, I was a sponsoring vendor at The Indulgence Lounge, an evening of “unrelenting value, style, and beauty.” What an evening. Don Thomas, the CEO of Growth 1 Concierge, was the mastermind of this event, which featured a beautiful fashion show directed by Charleston Pierce, an exciting live auction benefiting Airline Ambassadors International, great vendors, delectable food, and wonderful people.
The event was held at the The Payne Mansion, a beautiful building featuring domestic and Victorian-era architecture. The Payne Mansion was built in 1881 and survived the 1906 earthquake. It was recently renovated and is an ideal venue for elegant events.

The attendees Friday night were an impressive bunch. There were people from all over the Bay Area representing a wide variety of professions and a wide variety of interests. There was a lot of engaging conversation.
Being from Silicon Valley, where we dress quite casually, I was impressed with all the beautiful bling and high heels. It reminded me that it’s been a long time since I frequented the City on a regular basis. I worked in San Francisco in the mid 80s but have been in Silicon Valley for the last 25 years.
I really enjoyed introducing WineShop At Home to the attendees. It was fun to introduce them to our personalized wine offerings, our gourmet wine gift baskets, my in-home wine tastings and the business opportunity of becoming a wine consultant.
Here are some pictures I took at the event.

I am always looking for venues such as The Indulgence Lounge to introduce my wine offerings. Please keep me in mind if you know of an opportunity like this one.

Oh, what a wonderful event! The venue is beautiful and so was your table, I love the color of the table cloth, it makes me want to have a glass of red wine right now!
I’ll join you for that glass of red wine!
