Mariana Vineyard Petite Sirah ($22.50) ~ Our Mariana 2009 Lodi Petite Sirah has aromas of blue berries, strawberry jam and vanilla with hints of cocoa and fresh coffee. This is a big wine with a lot of flavor. The mouth feel is medium to heavy with just the right amount of tannin. Enjoy this wine with a grilled rib eye steak, a spinach pizza, barbecued pork or heavier cheeses such as aged cheddar.
Mariana Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc ($18.00) ~ Our 2010 Mariana North Coast Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of Golden Delicious apple, grass and pear with hints of cantaloupe and pear. The flavors are delicate and smooth with very nice viscosity. The acidity is light but noticeable and the finish is medium length. Enjoy this wine with an apple walnut salad, roasted asparagus, grilled fish or mild cheeses such as mozzarella.
Fleur Bleu Six Petals Blend ($22.00) ~ Our Fleur Bleu 2008 Six Petals Blend has intense aromas of blackberry jam, strawberry, red delicious apples and plum with hints of spice and leather. Enjoy this wine with ratatouille, roast chicken with vegetables, cream of mushroom soup or medium to strong cheeses such as Irish cheddar.
