Great advice! However, I think that Shadow stole the show! 🙂
Yeah, it’s hard to compete with a cat 🙂
Happy Thanksgiving! I love the idea of allowing guests to choose the wine of their preference; as you say, it takes away any stress over “doing what’s right” and creates a more fun environment. I think Shadow is a terrific addition to any of your videos by the way!!
It definitely takes the stress out of that part of the meal. I agree with you on the Shadow front, and I will tell her. I’m sure she will be pleased 🙂
Great presentation Betty! How about that fruitier Dolchetto?
If you have a bottle left, definitely include that in the lineup. It probably doesn’t have enough acidity to stand up to all the dishes. But it could be a real treat. Thanks for the suggestion. I might just have to include a bottle in my lineup. Cheers!
My line up is Pinto Grigio, Dolchetto, Petite Cadeau Sparkling and Cab/Pinot Noir.
Love it! That is my lineup too, except I might do a Rose instead of the Dolcetto. Maybe I’ll do both 🙂
